Job Description :
We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our blockchain development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, as well as the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyse business requirements for blockchain projects.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Communicate requirements to the development team and ensure that they are understood and implemented.
- Create and maintain use cases, user stories, and other documentation.
- Work with the development team to test and deploy solutions.
- Monitor and manage projects to ensure that they are completed on time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Good knowledge of blockchain technology.
- Experience in gathering and analysing business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience with blockchain development tools and frameworks.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
