Job Description :
We are seeking a diligent and knowledgeable Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves monitoring and tracking blockchain DAO forums, drafting grant proposals, and representing our organization in DAO calls. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of blockchain, DAOs, and governance processes.
Responsibilities :
- Forum Monitoring:
- Regularly review and monitor blockchain forums for relevant discussions and opportunities.
- Identify potential grant opportunities and community initiatives.
- Proposal Drafting:
- Draft and submit proposals for grants and other funding opportunities for our projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposals.
- DAO Engagement:
- Keep track of various DAO forums and participate in discussions.
- Attend calls and meetings organized by different DAOs.
- Represent our organization in these calls, presenting our interests and contributing to discussions.
- Governance Tracking:
- Stay updated on governance developments and proposals within DAOs.
- Analyze governance proposals and provide insights to the team.
- Grant Program Monitoring:
- Keep track of different grant programs currently available in DAOs.
- Regularly inform the team about new and ongoing grant opportunities.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular updates and reports on forum activities, grant applications, and DAO engagements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams about ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and DAOs.
- Understanding of governance processes in blockchain ecosystems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to draft clear and compelling proposals.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
